prioritize items with same GTIN during fulfillment

Hi,

We have an requirement from client on GTIN concept.

A watch can be from different factories, like The China factory SKU would be AU1234, whereas the India factory SKU would be AU1234I or AU1234IE. And below are the requirements Consolidated Inventory needs to be published only for the ordered item and not fulfillment items.

During release process, item preference should be given to local made items i.e., to AU1234IE first, then AU1234I and then to AU1234. When order details are sent to downstream systems , we need to split the item details and send the fulfillment item details along with quantity.
