Out of the box purge agent for clearing entries in INV_INVENTORY_ITEM_LOCK table

As part of the Hot SKU implementation, Lululemon has enabled granular locking at the Item / Node / demand level by adding following properties in Customer overrides. This has improved the performance of the system by reducing database row lock contention. yfs.yfs.hotsku.useGranularLockingForItem yfs.yfs.hotsku.useAvailabilityAcrossNodes On the flipside, with these properties enabled and 15 hot skus in the system, the size of the INV_INVENTORY_ITEM_LOCK table is growing with 2 million records per week. This is causing an overhead to truncate the table on a weekly basis. This enhancement request is for the product to come up with a Purge agent to clear the entries in INV_INVENTORY_ITEM_LOCK table efficiently.
