This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

In prior R2 release, we only had RTL and RTL Store Segments. As such inventory adjustments to a Store Segment occurred as follows:
Run an inventory search for a specific Retail Store Segment (RTL-XXX). The inventory adjust logic automatically decremented/incremented inventory from RTL while performing the adjustment in the RTL-XXX segment.
In what would have been R3 and now AGT, the above logic would have never scaled as additional segments would have been introduced.
The inventory adjustment functionality needs to be enhanced to allow a user to designate a FROM segment and a TO segment to allow for proper inventory adjustments in one transaction. The system should also validate that there is sufficient inventory in the FROM segment before moving it to the TO segment. Currently, there is no validation, and the system will simply move the inventory and make the FROM segment negative. This is certainly not acceptable.
Examples of inventory movements in current AGT from a physical to a logical segment or the reverse. Note: The only 2 physical segments are UNA and UNA-RL. All of the rest are logical segments.
UNA to RTL
UNA to RTL-XXX (Store)
UNA-RL to RTL-RL
RTL-RL to RTL-XXX-RL (where XXX is Store)
UNA-RL to RTL-XXX-RL (where XXX is Store)
RTL to RTL-XXX (Store)
UNA to DTC
UNA to B2B (when we get to B2B release)
and then the reverse of each of the above!
Basically, we are looking for a new feature in Order Hub Inventory screen to allow inventory movement from a segment to another segment with one-click operation.
