Provide read only access to replica DB

There are many known issues with Data extract agent, and IBM cognos is not an option for many clients.

Please provide access to the replica DB, especially some sort of mechanism for analytics applications like Tableau.

How will this idea be used?

We are running many, by many I mean more than 50, reports on the OMS/DOM DB. Some of them critically used by business users on an everyday basis. Not having direct access to DB has created a lot of complications and has resulted in huge amounts of additional work, which obviously means high additional cost.

    Hi Punit, as a SaaS solution, we are not able to provide direct access to the database. The Data Extract Tool is the recommended solutions for getting data from the application into an external system for additional reporting and the DB Query Tool is the recommended solution for ad-hoc DB queries.

    If there are specific issues that can be addressed with the Data Export Tool, please submit the details as a separate Idea and we can work to improve the tool to meet your needs.
