Need GetOrderPrice API to work with multiple payment types.

Issue

On Version: IBM Sterling OMS V10
Fix Pack: 27

GetOrderPrice API fails to apply coupon when input XML contains more than one payment type element.

For our business case, coupons can be applied based on the payment type used in the cart. Customers can apply multiple payment types to the cart. In such scenarios, input request will contain multiple payment types as shown below.

<PaymentTypeList>

<PaymentType PaymentType='QV'/>

<PaymentType PaymentType=’HS’/>

</PaymentTypeList>

The coupon is configured for QV and should get applied, however it does not at present.

    Hello Raj, thank you for submitting your idea. As noted in the PMR, pricing rules based on payment type currently are only applicable when a single payment type is used, as documented here: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/order-management-sw/10.0?topic=dpcprc-payment-type-promotions

    We will take this enhancement request up in a future release to allow pricing rules to work when multiple payment types are used.
