Templatize field configuration settings in Order Hub and apply to multiple users

In Order Hub, users can view to display only the relevant attributes by modifying the field configurations in almost every screen. While this feature is very useful, every user needs to be perform this activity once initially.

When there are a large number of changes across multiple screens, this introduces the chance of manual error. Also, users are typically grouped into teams (Business, IT, etc.) and each team will have its own set of configurations

This RFE is to provide an ability to save/export an user's preferences as a template which can then be imported by other users belonging to the same team. This will greatly improve the usability aspect during user setup

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

As part of initial setup, templates will be created by manually selecting/de-selecting the various fields in every page. This will be a one-time setup for every team

Subsequently, users will be asked to import their respective team's template on first log-in

Thank you for submitting your idea. We will include this in the Order Hub roadmap and work with the engineering team to provide a mechanism to manage user settings.
