This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

A configurable column ordering is a better option if that is provided on other screens.
Irrespective of configurable column ordering option is provided or not, the default sequence should be kept as mentioned in the idea.
Expected Quantity
Placed Quantity
Shipped Quantity
The Open Sales Order Quantity is not provided by design as it can impact performance. It can be derived accurately only by querying the order line table and by performing arithmetic operations on the quantity fields on every order line record. This is an expensive query and by bringing it to the UI, its control is given to the UI user. What if s/he keeps refreshing the screen, each refresh triggers this expensive query which adds load on YFS_Order_Line table, and it can impact regular order operations too by significantly impacting the performance of concurrent INSERT and UPDATE operations on the same table.
