Enable Movement and Resizing of OMS AI Agent Chat Window

Currently, the OMS AI agent chat window cannot be moved or resized—neither in its collapsed icon state nor in its expanded window view. The chat window remains in a fixed position and size, regardless of user preference or screen layout.

Problem Statement
The lack of move and resize functionality limits usability, particularly for business users like callcenter who frequently multitask across multiple applications and the fixed positioning can obstruct information and disrupt efficiency.

Proposed Enhancement

  • Enable resizing of the expanded chat window along the four corners to better fit different screen sizes and work contexts.

  • Content displayed in the chat window should dynamically adjust and fit the resized window

  • Preserve user-selected position and size within a session and can be set to default in new session

  • Default chatbot panel size should at maximum be 40% of the overall screen

  • Allow users to drag and reposition the chat window in both collapsed and expanded states.
