Support for Extended Attributes (Extn Fields) during sales order creation from a contract

Currently, APIs involved in Contract Order to Sales Order creation (createOrderFromContract, addOrderLinesToOrder and automatic generation flows) do not support passing extended attributes (header or line-level Extn fields) in the input. This limitation prevents customers from populating critical business-specific data at the time of order creation, forcing reliance on post-processing workarounds such as changeOrder or asynchronous updates. We request IBM to enhance these APIs and flows to accept and persist Extn attributes as part of the input payload, ensuring parity with the standard createOrder API and enabling richer, real-time customization of order data.

Note, the order and order line extension attributes can be added to automatically created sales orders only by the before create order UE (another RFE currently open - https://watsonsupplychain.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/OH-I-318).
