Optional lock on YFS_ORDER_HEADER lock during getShipmentLineList API

On getShipmentLineList API invocation with output template shared below, SELECT FOR UPDATE lock been applied on YFS_ORDER_HEADER, but this is not mandatory for getList API invocation. This has to be made optional with SelectMethod as NO_LOCK to avoid unnecessary locking. IBM PMR TS021298229

In getShipmentLineList call, its not required to acquire lock on YFS_ORDER_HEADER table. This will definitely lead to dB slowness and possibilities of deadlock
