Enable Cross-Page Bulk Selection and Accurate “Select All” Behaviour for Order Line list in Order Hub

When managing orders with a large number of order lines (common with B2B) distributed across multiple pages, the current system behaviour restricts bulk actions (such as group assignment or assigning lines to a sales order in contract order) to only the lines displayed on the currently focused page. For example, if an order spans three pages with 50 lines each, and a user selects lines 47–50 on Page 1 and 51–53 on Page 2, assigning a group will only apply to the lines on the page currently in focus (e.g., Page 2). The user must manually return to previous pages to repeat the action. Similarly, when selecting “Select All” within a group that contains more lines than are displayed on the page, only the visible lines are processed instead of all lines in the group. This behavior is not intuitive and is error-prone, as users naturally expect cross-page selections and “Select All” actions to apply to all selected or grouped lines, not just those currently visible. An enhancement is requested to support persistent cross-page selection and true “Select All” functionality that applies to all applicable lines across pages.

How will this idea be used?

Implementing this enhancement would significantly improve usability, reduce operational errors, and increase efficiency when handling large B2B orders. It would align the system behaviour with standard enterprise UI expectations.
