Support for Temporary / Ad-hoc Ship-To Address in Automatic Contract Sales Order Creation

In B2B contract scenarios, automatic sales orders are generated using recurrence plans and delivery schedules. Currently, during automatic order creation from contract schedules, the system only allows selection of Ship-To addresses that are already predefined under the customer account.

There is no option to add a new or temporary Ship-To address as part of the automatic contract order generation process.

Enhance the B2B Contract automatic sales order creation functionality to:

  1. Allow entry of a temporary/ad-hoc Ship-To address during recurrence plan setup. (Additionally if feasible then an option in the contract order itself so that each time the temporary address need not be reentered in the recurrence creation. Here the adhoc address stays just in the contract order transaction and not in customer entity)

  2. Ensure the address flows into automatically generated sales orders.

  3. Maintain parity with manual sales order creation (from contract) capability.
