Currently when the Shipment is in Create Shipment status, if there is a client requirement to cancel the reduced quantity and Increase the increased qty and Cancel the entire quantity if remove option is used from OrderHub, there is no OOB option for it. It should be done using CancelRemovedQuantity="Y" and AllowOverage="Y" by overriding the mashup. If there is an OOB option to enable them it would reduce the manual effort.
