Read JWT claim details or REST request headers in custom service extended api java class

For inbound external API calls to OMS custom service, in java class, currently there is no option to read jwt claim or request headers.

This inclusion could be helpful for scenarios where certain decision to be made for the request. Currently only option is to pass the details in request body and in custom service, remove it post making the decision. With reading request header or jwt claim, we can avoid manipulation to request body for such decision making.
