Eliminate external site cdn.jsdelivr.net dependency for Order Hub to work

Order Hub does not work if there is no connectivity to cdn.jsdelivr.net.

This could be a niche usecase. However for customers with that usecase Order Hub is not usable at all. I believe this might be a wider behavior (NextGen Call Center or Store engagement) across applications that use the same framework.

What is expected:
Instead of defaulting the js files to be downloaded from cdn, it could be controlled during build to choose locally served version or from cdn.jsdelivr.net.

How this will benefit:
In fact, currently Order Hub option itself is completely blocked for such customers. This will let such customer have access to application that they are supposed to have access

What is your industry? Government
How will this idea be used?

In fact, currently Order Hub option itself is completely blocked for customers with strict security needs.
Unblocking this will let IBM be able to present the usability/flexibility of these products (not just Order Hub, but also the other products that are built on the same framwork) even in strict security requirements.
