To remove the specific ZipCodes entries from YFS_ZIP_CODE_LOCATION table

We have a requirement to remove some specific ZipCodes from YFS_ZIP_CODE_LOCATION table.

So, we followed the following documents and steps: -

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/order-management?topic=application-updating-additional-sql-data

  • We tried to update the following script by removing some ZipCodes from there -- extensions\files\extensions\global\database\FactorySetup\Optional\db2\US_ZipcodeLocation.sql

  • Then we built a new customer jar with the custom SQL and deployed the jar file to the OMoC environment

  • Then, triggered the process (Load optional DB2 scripts) from SST to execute the SQL.

But these steps did not work, and it did not remove the entries.
