Native D2C Subscriptions Module

As the world of retail and consumer goods is shifting towards more subscription based revenue formats, our customers have been asking for the ability to group subscription related functionality in a native subscription module. Capabilities would include: ability to skip a month of subscription charge, ability to add items to monthly replenishment subscription, ability to cancel items and/or subscription, etc. All these capabilities would be needed from the internal operations side as well as the customer-facing end. While there is functionality now that can help address this (contract orders for B2B), there's still some gaps that would need to be covered and grouped in a manner where its a true-subscription native module. There are many subscription based technology providers that specialize in this, but given that OMS has the foundations there, it would be a big impact to customers to have it all in one place.
