API support to Create, Update, Delete and Get List of records from YFS_ZIP_CODE_LOCATION table

Currently, there is no API support to Create, Update, Delete and Get records from YFS_ZIP_CODE_LOCATION table.
Liverpool project has a use case where Countries or logistic update the list of postal codes every year and more zip codes will be added year on year. Currently, OMS do not have a way to add/update/delete/get zip codes using API. Business team cannot perform direct action using UI or load through integration and also cannot review Zip codes data due to lack of integration with logistic systems.
So, it will be very beneficial for the business teams, if there is an API support with Create, Update, Delete, and Get List of records from YFS_ZIP_CODE_LOCATION table to better manage the zip codes data updates in the OMS system.
