Decouple Order Service Dependency on Cassandra

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Currently, Order Service relies on Cassandra for index data before triggering a search in Elastic. This dependency on Cassandra for search operations in Order Service can cause service disruptions during a Cassandra outage. Additionally, the time required to restore Cassandra from a backup in a disaster scenario could be extensive due to the storage of historical archived orders, potentially impacting service availability.

We request that the Order Service be decoupled from Cassandra to eliminate this dependency and improve service availability during disaster scenarios.
