Enhance Self-Service tool to view and update Server (agent/integration) JVM parameters in NextGen tenants like the Legacy tenants

We seem to have the lost the capablity to view and update JVM arguments because of introduction to server profiles in nextgen selft service tool.

We should still have the capability to view and update any non-memory related parameters just like the legacy platform.

I am attaching the pdf with the difference in self service tool screen for more context.

The JVM functionality still exists in the NextGen Self service tool, except these parameter must be set by IBM support team to minimize the number of user error which IBM has experienced in the past.

If you would like to setup JVM, please log a support ticket to update the environment.
