ON_REFUND_OR_SETTLEMENT Event raised for Transfer IN and Transfer OUT

Hi team, 
Currently, ON_REFUND_OR_SETTLEMENT event is raised only when charge type CHARE (+/-) is created in the system. Event is not raised specifically for Transfer In and Transfer Out type transactions.

In case of return receipt approval after exchange creation, there is no event raised to indicate that FundsFromRetrun is now completely transferred from to Exchange. As this transfer is a money exchange and is a payment tender for the exchange (transfer), can we get the event triggered when transfer In is done on the exchange as well?

    Hi Vijay, ON_REFUND_OR_SETTLEMENT event is not raised for TransferIN and TransferOUT actions - This would create inconsistency in the product. There would be duplicate payment counting. We raise the Net Zero event in case of Even exchange scenario as per the customer requirement. If we start raising event for TransferIN and TransferOUT it would start counting payments twice.


    IBM have communicated to customer about this. IBM have already suggested them to handle such scenarios in their customizations.
