Hi Prajakta,
With an internal review, outcome of this case is.
Please reopen the PMR# TS012695057 analyze the issue for "Application does provide ability on node to specify Receipt Processing Time for the procurement". If it is a defect then, it's not a RFE case.
Please reach out based on the support ticket analysis.
thanks,
Bharat K
Hi Bharat,
1. Please find the document with the Use case and config details.
2. This is different than OH-I-113OH-I-113. In OH-I-113 the ETS is shifting depending on the transit time configured.
In current case if Order is created on a Thu/Fri it takes the ETS as Mon. It is skipping Fri. Due to this the Collection Date of SO and ETS of TO are falling on same day.
Hello Prajakta,
Need more information on the case scenario. Case TS012695057 has not determined this as a product bug or a enhancement case.
Can you add the results in tabular format vs the expected result and the configurations setup done for the case?
Can you explain if this enhancement request is different than other RFE raised for Burberry by Vijay Kumar? OH-I-113
Hello,
After reviewing this use case and the product behavior, we concluded that we the observed product behavior is the most optimal in terms of goods movement and saving capacity of the store for unexpected orders. This is for just-in-time fulfillment which reduces time in transit for shipments.
To overcome the dates, you may choose to use changeOrderScheudle api to override dates on transfer orders. Alternately, you can also use an internal carrier service which considers deliveries on non-working days (essentially accounting for goods movements on non-working dates).
Hi ,
Any update on the above idea.
Thanks for logging this idea. I'm currently researching this.
