Copy existing user profile for new user

Add the ability to clone a new user's roles and sets from an existing user.

    Most security profiles are managed in this way via "mirroring" an existing user's profile. There have been improvements made in MRO-IO User Access by allowing selection of multiple sets and bulk application of permissions. Possible to "copy existing user" with a dropdown/search field of user names, would allow clients to manage permissions much more effectively in the "Add User" window
