To consider allowing the consumption graphs and reports to show data based on the data refresh day

We have noticed that the system displays consumption graph by month as a whole (1st day to last day of month) meanwhile the data e.g SOH, Qty on order, in-transit qty and Reserved qty values are display as per the day of data refreshed (for PETRONAS it is done every first Saturday after 3rd day of the month).

This has cause some data gaps between the issuance/receipts quantity and the Stock On Hand available which does not jive in the report. Users are not viewing the accurate data for the month as there are material movement between the approximate 1 week of data gaps. As a results, the analytics reports that we have designed for Nil Stock Monitoring does not benefit users fully due to the inaccuracy.

We would like to suggest for IBM to consider allowing the consumption graphs and reports to show data based on the data refresh day. This will help synchronize the data and avoid variances which confuses users. This will also provide users with more accurate analytics report for better monitoring and management reporting. Otherwise, users do not see the benefit of using the Nil Stock analytics report developed because more effort required to further check in SAP for correct data.

Thank you.
