Stock Relocation History Additional consideration needed

The Stock History Relocation feature is critical for any organization that has materials that may be relocated from one warehouse to another at some point in it's life. In order for the MARIO system to make an adequate recommendation for the new storage location record, it must see the record as holistically as possible. Meaning All Issues, Receipts need to be considered in the "destination" location. The feature does that well today but in order to be complete also must consider the oldest creation date of the two records. Without this, a material that could be potentially obsolete in SLOC A is moved to SLOC B to make room, After the Stock History Relocation has been run, the destination record in SLOC B should not be sitting in "New Items" control segment, is should still be "Potentially Obsolete" because the material simply moved, especially since the history goes back years the age should not be "1 months old". as the feature works today, it skews the age represented in the surviving/destination record.
