Show data for deleted items

Provide read access to data for materials that have been deleted. Currently I must keep an offline database of all historical materials so that I have a baseline for reporting progress metrics, because any materials flagged for deletion in SAP are no longer visible in MIO. Perhaps a REFERENCES table could be created that would hold the data for the deleted materials, including the Notes and Workflow Notes, and last value for other fields before material was flagged for deletion. The data should be downloadable
