Codes list data to be filtered by Division/Company

Codes list currently have list of allowed data to be entered based on list provided by clients requirements. For some data fields the list is too long, when there are list specific to region / company , entire list is visible to all users. Most users have access to specific partition set and they see more data that is not applicable to them. Most of the types while selecting the values, there are possibilities that they choose data not applicable to them, which impacts data quality and desired results are not met. 

Alcoa is using this list to select the right combination of data across 5 fields, only when valid values are selected the material is eligible to be manually exported, if the combination is not right, then an error code of D with red band appears and the user reselects the right values. 

With right data in place, user now exports the data.

    Thanks Sunil! This is a fantastic idea. We don't have the development capability at present to deliver this but will certainly revisit once we have capability.
