The current practice of our users, if they do not want to accept the tool's recommended parameters, is to make a note, select "approve" but leave the export button unchecked. It can be difficult to determine whether or not the tool's recommendations are being accepted when we are trying to track 1) user behavior as well as the 2) performance of the tool.
If we could provide the users with an option to "reject", we can have more targeted conversations with our users and determine if our settings are appropriate. Additionally, if the tool recognizes that recommendations are continuously being rejected for a certain item, existing or future AI can pick up on this and make adjustments.

Hi Alex, I can see that this idea would add value. This certainly makes sense. We need to take some time to think through the whole workflow flow so we are capturing the correct data at the correct points in the process to allow any pertinent information required to understand why recommendations are not accepted and use that information to provide 'better' recommendations in future. Let us think on this.
