Change Request Status Filter does not align to what is displayed
In the Change Request module listing - Filters have been enabled to segment the list for reporting. One of those fields is "Status". The various "statuses" of Change request are selectable. However, when users "filter" for the "Processing" status they get a list that includes items that are in "Processing" status and also "In Workflow". When the client raised this issue through Support, they were told items that are in workflow are still being processed - so they are still "Prrocessing". Which conceptually is true, however when you filter a table by a field value, they expect the field value they selected to be what is displayed. Please align the status filter to what is displayed.
