System rejected materials due to refresh to the original settings from the initial submission

Materials that are not approved before the MRO IO system refresh, either Delta or monthly, are rejected and returned to the Items list in MRO IO in the base state that they were originally in prior to review by planners or maintenance personnel. This causes a lot of rework and frustration to the user. Is there a way to 'list' those items that have been rejected by the system due to refresh and hold them in the state that they were updated to during the review process. The idea then would be to take all from the list of rejected materials and easily resubmit to workflow for approval without having to go through the whole review process again. This can sometimes be for hundreds of materials and be the accumulated result of many hours of work

    Hi Doug,
    This functionality already exists in the product. Items that are cancelled by a refresh have the Workflow state of cancelled by refresh and can be found in the workflow state column and can be seen on the item form view.
    Knowledge centre contains information regarding the workflow states.
