Embed refresh report in PU process

Clients complain that the PU completion email has arrived but yet their analytics reports have not got the latest data. The refresh_report is a separate process. There should be some automation to avoid confusion on clients so once the PU is finished the reports automatically triggers and notifications are sent accordingly when all is completed. Alternatively give the client the ability to refresh the report if they notice that the data is not matching with the latest PU. Similar idea https://ibm-ai-apps.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/MRO-I-98

    We will look at getting in product notifications and also email notifications to users for the two separate events

    To review in governancemeeting. In the interim, is it possible to update the PU notification to advise that the PU has finished but the reporting will take some time to update the data?
