This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

With IBM Consultant Nick Green, we’ve been developing custom management reports in Analytics – one report we haven’t been able to do however is a Workqueue report which goes beyond what the current data source ‘Live Workqueue History’ provides.
Currently, the primary fields for this report are limited to:
Set Value (Partition)
This Month or Last Month
Workqueue Reviews Complete
Workqueue Reviews Outstanding
Percentage Complete..
What we want to see in this source (and the custom report we will build) needs to go a level beyond this count – we want to see not only how many items were reviewed, but also
Workqueue Starting Records (simply Reviews Complete + Reviews Outstanding, this would help make sense of the Reviewed percentage ratios)
Workqueue Exports Complete (how many of the reviewed items were actually exported?)
Workqueue Reorder Level Exports-OOB Complete (of those which were exported, how many were OOB – MRO IO’s default recommendation)
Workqueue Reorder Level Exports-Non OOB Complete (manually overridden)
A nice-to-have would also be a ‘Workqueue Reorder Levels Exports-ERBS Max Complete,’ however ‘ERBS’ is a custom field specific to Petronas.
Looking back further than just one month would also be a nice-to-have.
A mock-up of the custom report we end up making with this may look like the below: (refer to attached screenshot)
This report would meet our management reporting requirements, but the deeper level of analysis provides a better understanding of user activity – for example, in cases where users are manually overriding and not accepting Optimal recommendations, in what situation (Workqueue) is this most often occurring?
