when ServiceAccount is getting created ahead of time instead of during the helm install, again ITXA ServiceAccount is getting called by default on Helm chart, which ultimately creating issue in the deploy

This RFE is for giving the customer a choice of whether to create a ServiceAccount or not(like createServiceAccount: true/false)

While installing the ITXA container through the ArgoCD application, the ServiceAccount is getting created ahead of time instead of during the helm install. Finally, the helm is trying to create it again which blocks the deployment (using the itxa-10.0.1.8-x86_64-helm-charts-1.0.0 version helm chart).
