Clean the map cache without restarting launcher

Today every time we need to change a map in launcher environment the launcher has to be restarted because the maps are cached there.
It doesn't matter if the maps are used directly in the flow or ran by RUN function.
For High Availability production environment, every downtime must be planned and managed, which costs a lot of time and organizational efforts.
It is possible to switch off the map cache in dtx.ini but then each map must be reloaded during every execution.
It would be a great improvement if one could send a signal (either via Mgmmt console or using some shell script) to clean the map cache.
And the redployment could be done with no downtime.
