Automated Validation for Corrupted Maps During Export/Import and Deployment

Currently, there is no automated check available in IBM Sterling Integrator / ITX to detect if an ITX map gets corrupted during export or import. In many cases, a corrupted map gets deployed into higher environments without any warning, which later causes: Application breakdowns due to unexpected runtime failures. Significant delays in production support and business operations. Increased manual efforts to debug and identify the root cause. We request IBM to introduce a built-in validation mechanism that automatically checks the integrity of ITX maps during: Exporting maps from a lower environment. Importing maps into a higher environment. Deploying maps in Sterling Integrator or ITX runtimes.
