Sample Data for NCPDP D.0 all types

We would like to get some sample data for NCPDP D.0 all types, or a functionality to create proper sample data which aligns with all the component rules and restrictions.

How will this idea be used?

We are implementing map to convert NCPDP D.0 to XML. In D.0, specifically we are implementing for InfoReporting subtype. We already did the implementation but we have no sample file to test it. The file which we manually created is giving us many errors. We would like to get sample data for all types, just as we have some sample data for Billing subtype in the pack.
