    To avoid mono thread processing when calling a map via RUN function SINK adapter or file not create must be used. But file adapter must be provided with a unique filename. Otherwise the Resource Manager detects that the same output filename is being for multiple threads of RUN() map, and makes them all wait in turn to use that resource name (despite the fact that the file is never actually written).

    The new option -OF1UX would avoid cluttered code and hassle to generate a unique filename.
