This portal is to open public enhancement requests for IBM Sterling products and services. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Right now, while doing the mapping, for every function we want to use we have to manually type that function regardless of the length of that function and this causes issues if even one character is wrong or absent in the function.
What I want is that when we will type the code in the mapping window then ITXA should show all the functions and details of that functions like the normal Mapping happens in other mapping tools like Altova, IntellIj etc.
Example: I want to write a code which requires a function PRESENT then instead of typing the full function manually. System should be smart enough that the moment I type P, it should show all the ITXA functions starting with P along with want every function does and how to use that function and if I want to type anything then I should just type the whole word and system should also accept it.
For more details refer to the attached word document.

Do not place IBM confidential, company confidential, or personal information into any field.
Due to the drag n drop nature of the mapping rules where users are dragging in data items, functions, and typing in their own functional map names auto complete would not be helpful.
ITXA team review concluded that this change is required in ITX Design Studio.
