The correct version for the type tree that we would want them to create so I think that is great.

enGen is interested in using the 6020 version of the X316 (275) transaction - Attachment for Health Care Service Review. We would like you to consider creating this type tree for use. This version of the transaction is more robust and flexible thank the 5010 version of the transaction.

How will this idea be used?

The provider sends us the 275 transactions. We send the 278 response requesting information send it an attachment from the provider. We want the provider to be able to send a more robust transaction with that information. The 5010 version of the 275 is limited and not built well. The 6020 version is much more robust.

    Functionality is already delivered - delivered in version 10.2.1 of the Healthcare pack.

    We provided this in 10.2.1 release.
