Customize the different designers to chose another temp folder

Currently the different designers (design studio, flow designer DB and RR managers) may use the install folder to write temporary/log/work files.

Being able to force those tools to write somewhere else (using a setup file or whatever) could be helpfull.

I'm referring to files such as importer.mts, ttmaker.log, MSEBlds.TXT, MSEAnlz.TXT...

Or as mentionned in the release note:

it's necessary to have write access to the ITX Design Studio install directory to run a map

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

Either with some file (like dtx.ini) where to set an option to change the default temporary/work/log folder

Or a setup within the design studio that would be stored in the workspace
