enhance Database-Adapter for Oracle to provide insert all statement

due to the performance problems when inserting many rows to oracle database in WAN environment, we need the option of executing an INSERT ALL statement out of the card to target oracle DB. Is it possible to implement this feature to ITX? Single row inserts results in poor performance.
