Turning off Audit, traces & backup (logs) dynamically in runtime

We process very large volume of HIPAA/ non-HIPAA transactions on daily basis with file size from 1KB - 2GB of data.

In our architecture/ solution we always uses ITX along with the IIB/ACE product. At times our developers forget to turn off either traces or audit / back up (input/ output cards) logs. When we are in that situation, that consumes lot of our system resources and impact our customers in a big way.


We are looking for a solution for a long time, where we can turn-off the traces/ back ups/ audit logs dynamically either using some kind of config file @ map server location or from IIB/ACE product.
