SPE Codelist- Data Harness New Feature.(Multiple Search and retrieval)

Hi Team,

I have raised on a PMR 38895,082,000 on SPE Codelist and my understanding on that PMR was as follows.

1. We can only search a SPE codelist using SenderCode or ReceiverCode only (not with Codelistitem Colomns)using below adapter.
a) getCodeListItemByReceiverCode
b) getCodeListItemBySenderCode

2. We cannot do multiple search at a same time to fetch one value
Example: If I want to search 2 values in a codelist as If Sendercode = "Roy" and Receivercode= "Wrick" then retrieve Colomn1.
Table:
Sendercode Receivercode Colomns1 Colomn2
Roy Wrick IBM ABC
Sen Wrick NON-IBM XYZ
I understand above requirement can be fulfilled by multiple way of coding or code-list creation. This may lead to long coding or may end up having multiple versions on Code-list.

3. We cannot retrieve multiple value from Codelist.
Example: If I want to retrieve all matching values from a codelist which meet the search criteria as If Receivercode= "Wrick" then retrieve Colomn1.

Sendercode Receivercode Colomns1 Colomn2
Roy Wrick IBM ABC
Sen Wrick NON-IBM XYZ
I understand above requirement can be fulfilled by multiple way of coding or code-list creation. This may lead to long coding or may end up having multiple versions on Code-list.

Now, we have a multiple situation with the Client where they want to use above all the use cases with SPE codelist. Please suggest the path forward.
