USE OF -F OR -FILE PARAMETER SHOULD NOT BE NEEDED IF USING THE THIRD PARAMETER IN THE GET() FUNCTION AS SEEN IN ITX 9.0.0.2

On ITX 9.0.0.3, the document says,

The -FILE command is optional on input cards and GET rules. (For example, the workbook name is not required if a map uses the File adapter to read an Excel workbook and passes the data in memory to the Excel adapter.)

GET rule: =PARSE(GET("EXCEL", "-W Sheet1 -T", Input))

This rule threw an error as below,
Error code: -8 , Error message: Null argument - -FILE or -F must be specified.

Only when i specify -F <filename> this rule works fine.

=PARSE(GET("EXCEL", "-F filename.xlsx -W Sheet1 -T", Input))

A case was raised and it was agreed that it is a defect.

How will this idea be used?

The -FILE command is optional on input cards and GET rules. (For example, the workbook name is not required if a map uses the File adapter to read an Excel workbook and passes the data in memory to the Excel adapter). Fixing this would enable the rule to work fine on ITX 9003.
