I have some maps in the design studio. They take 15 minutes each to build. While the build is occurring you can see exactly what is being checked in each map - that's how slow the build is. I have never come across this before. Normally you can't see any details at all while the map is building as it happens so fast. I have tried many things, but the one thing that I notice is that the output card is JSON. When I switch the output card to a regular type tree, it compiles very quickly. We really need this addressed as 15 minutes of compilation is really impacting our development abilities.

How will this idea be used?
As a heavy user of TX, I build maps in the Design Studio all the time. Addressing this issue will really make all of us more productive. |
