To enable Major home fashion business, OMS IV needs to support Delivery method =DEL.

Major home fashion product are larger ticket product that needs to follow delivery model where there will be delivery request line and work order associated with it. These delivery work order are appointment based where customer sets an appointment and HBC arranges delivery to the customer with local delivery provider.


OMS IV is not honering DEL while scheduling orders even if supply can be adjusted with delivery method DEL.


Use case whey DEL needs to be supported:

  1. Sales Order with delivery request and work order associated

  2. Different souricing and schdeuling rule for delivery product (Node to Node inventroy transfer, purchase order creation to vendor if node does not have onhand inventroy)

  3. Distinguish Order promosing rule for delivery request(Product being delivered)
