Support Partial Cancellation in Reservation

There are use cases when a partial cancellation is needed on an existing reservation before the reservation is consumed e.g. a reservation was made during cart but as items are removed from the cart, partial cancellation has to happen before the final checkout when the entire reservation would be canceled. 

Also, this process should be idempotent.
