Multiple User Credentials

Our product team has grown exponentially; we now have around 9 teams with 2-4 developers in each team, and potentially all will have PROD access to IV at some point. Currently, we only have one generic user credentials to make changes in PROD. This means, when something is changed (and shouldn’t have been) it’s difficult to track back who made the change and why.

Is it possible to either:

  • Get multiple user credentials so changes are logged

OR

  • Allow different user access rights, eg Read Only, Read/Write, Publish etc?

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

With multiple user credentials we can track who has changed what, so we can ask a developer why they made a change.

Also, with different levels of access we can allow some users read access only.
