Need Threshold based ATP publish for DG Availability changes.

DG Availability was triggered every time when a store reaches capacity and IBM COS buckets are filled with more objects, causing backlog in consumption. Many stores were hitting capacity during the day and, every time this happened, IV triggered updates to hybris for all items with inventory in that store. This caused a huge volume of IV triggered updates to hybris.

DG Availability change will be published only when the Threshold is reached, for the Item and Ship Node/ DG, which will reduce the number of IV-triggered updates to Hybris

    User-Defined Availability Thresholds (Low/High), where the quantity of an item at or above (high) or below (low) triggers Event Publishing is targeted for Q2 2021.

    We are currently working towards feature that triggers events for item level thresholds. The additional enhancement for DG Availability change thresholds will be flagged for future roadmap consideration
