Safety Stock at Node Level

Enhancements to support Safety Stock at Node Level.

Would require an IV API which accepts input at Ship Node and Safety Stock quantity.

Node Level Safety Stock applies to all items present in the ship node if there is no safety stock configured at Item , Item - Node or Item - Node - Delivery Method level.

How will this idea be used?

Setting Safety Stock at Node Level , will be updated to a higher value for stores with higher in store traffic. Stores with a lower in store traffic can set safety stock quantity to a lesser value. This will help reducing cancellation rate and optimize fill rates for a store.
